Hola a todos, creo ya llevo como 4 retos consecutivos y sigo super contenta por que como les comento, esto es un estilo de vida no solo un plan para bajar de peso. Sigo utilizando todos los productos de Yor como siempre y desde que llegaron los aceites tambien y en verdad amo la calidad y los resultados que dan. Para este reto les quiero platicar lo que como

Desayuno.
este es mi secreto, todos los dias desayuno mi malteada de Yor Shake que me mantiene satisfecho hasta las 2 mas o menos. y de snak tomo super greens

comida.
se que en este reto comi, hamburguesas, pizza, mucha pasta que me fascina, arroz, pollo en mole, higado, atun, tamales, pan de dulce, si lo leen nada retador. ( solo trato de que sean porciones iguales de proteina y carbohidratos)

trato de no comer entre comidas, si voy a comer aunque sea mucho o poco trato que sea junto y ya decido si tomo 1 o 2 digest

cena
igula que en la comida, ceno con tortilla, huevos, pan tostado que a esta hora se me antoja mucho, tamales, quesadillas, y tacos, spaguettis, brocoli, queso. ( proteina=carbohidratos)

lo que les comparto es que si uno es disiplinado con los suplementos, la alimentacion puede ser muy cotidiana y no sentir que uno esta a dieta.
