Estoy feliz por lo que logre en este reto, pues baje una talla de cintura disminuyéndola 10 cm y de abdomen baje 8 cm.
Me vuelvo a sentir contento con lo que veo en el espejo y me encanta poder ser un buen ejemplo para mi familia y amigos. De hecho ya hay varios haciendo su reto conmigo.
Combine los productos con los aceites y creo que la mezcla metabólica de aceites tanto ingerida como tópica me ayudaron a quemar grasa; de los productos tome para no estar adolorido por el gimnasio el repair, se volvió mi mejor cómplice para poder regresar a entrenar al siguiente día, ya que tenia mas de dos años sin pisar un gimnasio, creo que eso se ve bastante bien reflejado en mi foto del antes ¡jejeje!; para desinflamar mi abdomen y eliminar los pro bióticos, antes de cada comida para asimilar mejor mis alimentos tanto el yor shape y digest ultra; para reponer el musculo mi yor shake después de mi entrenamiento.
