My name is Justin and I'm 20 years old. I've always been big my whole life. Throughout my childhood to my teenage years I was overweight. My heaviest I've been was 280 when I was in high school. That was a wake up call. I started going to the gym and eat super clean and tracking all my food intake. It was hard but I became obsessed and I was able to dropped almost nearly a 100lbs. I was at 185. I felt so accomplished and great about myself. Soon after I started eating out, drinking and partying and lost all of my good habits that was so hard to build up. The weight started to pile back on.
The turning point was when I ran into an old friend who I used to go to the gym with. We both were overweight when we started together. But the difference is he was able to keep the weight off and the good habit. When he saw me he had a shocked look on his face and ask, "What happen to you??" I never felt so embarrass and ashamed in my whole life. It hurt so bad but I knew I had to make a change. My girlfriend who introduced me to the yorhealth product always encouraged me that I could get back to where I wanted to be-back to 185. She signed me up for the 8 week challenge. My starting weight was 220lbs. I was not into the products but she kept pushing it on me. But because of her she taught me a lot about digestion and how important it was. I appreciate that she was so pushy because I can feel a huge difference. I was able to go to the bathroom more and now regularly. I feel less bloated thanks to the products. My favorites would have to be the super greens, fiber, probiotic and digestive.
This challenge was hard. Doing this through Thanksgiving was hard. Starting over was hard. But with the right motivation and goal in mind it made it a little bit easier to get back on track.Through this challenge I was able to go from 220lbs to 214. Definitely not where I want to be but I'll keep on taking on challenges after challenges to get to my goal.
