I was heaviest at 145 this same time last year. I travel full time for work ( Monday to Thursday) I'm in a difference city. It's hard for me to keep a consistent routine for eating and exercise. I lost 15 pounds the first time I did a challenge ( a different one) I was able to maintain my weigh for a while. Around Sept this year, I realize I was gaining weight again. I saw a post on facebook about the 8 weeks challenge and said I have to do it! With the help of my coach I got started. It was great the first week- I lost about 3 pounds. Then I got sick for two weeks and then someone in my family for really sick so I had to be there for them. Those three weeks I could not eat and workout consistently.
I told myself I had to get back on track the 4th week of the challenge. With that - here is what I did with my food and yor products.
Morning upon resting : 1 probiotic and 1 super slim
Breakfast: shake with fruit and greens of some sort
Snacks: eggs , protein bar, or yogurt and fruit
Lunch: usually chicken with salad. I like to have steak as least once a week:-) 1 digest ultra and 1 super slim
Snack: same as above
Dinner: same as lunch most of the time. 1 digest ultra and 1 super slim
Before bed: 1 repair and fiber with super greens
I follow the workout plan in the guide. 3 times a week I did 1 min jogging and 30 secs sprint on the elliptical . Two days out do the week attend a high intensity low intensity boot camp class.
I ended up losing 8 pounds. I honestly think it's healthy to lose 1 pound a week. I needed something easy to follow because of my travels. This I can maintain. I plan on doing this again in a few weeks!
