Hi! My name is Jozie Vang. I am 40 years old and have four children ages 19, 16, 13, and 3.
Below is what triggered me to a healthier lifestyle, lose weight, and Yor Health has helped me.
I have always been the heavy sister and cousin as long as I can remember. Every time there were family parties with relatives, it never fails that an aunt or grandma would comment on my weight and compare me to my sisters from my younger days even until now. Sometimes even my mom would chime in and describe me to relatives as the big daughter. Hearing these hurtful comments made me sad and depressed. After a while I would pretend to mock myself along with them because it’s true that I am overweight. Although true, I often think why they can’t keep their comments to themselves because obviously, I am very aware of my weight and already feel bad, disgusted, and embarrassed of myself. Hearing these hurtful comments never gets easier. Just gets more hurtful every time. Often times, I debated on hiding and not attending any family parties but of course I couldn’t because it’s our culture to show up. After the parties and hurtful comments, I would get motivated to lose weight and then after a few weeks, I would feel better and quit. Up until now I have been a weight loss yo-yo of losing and re-gaining, often times more weight back.
Before my challenge and Yor Health products I would often be depressed and have mood swings. Each time, I would take it out on my husband and children which I felt horrible and disgusted with myself afterwards. At first I wasn’t sure why I was depressed, sad, and mad all the time. After some soul searching, I realize my emotional roller coasters were due to hatred, feeling of disgust with my weight and body, and frustration of failure with weight loss every attempt. This was my breaking point.
I started seeing posts on Facebook about Yor Health but ignored them because I already made up my mind that this product wouldn’t work. Then I found out my sister-in-law and sister was using the products and having success. My sister invited me to a Yor Health seminar and after speaking with a coach I was ready to be open and give Yor Health products a try. After convincing my husband, I took the leap and ordered my supplies.
The first week did not go as I hoped for with adjusting to the cleansing due to family parties but I worked on portion control. The Yor Super Slim helped with appetite suppressant along with portion and the Yor Digest helped with digestion. I still managed to lose 2 pounds due to taking the pills.
On the second week into the challenge, my back went out on me and I was in excruciating pain. I could not walk, sit, or lay down. Every movement I made hurts. During this time, the Yor shakes was my lifesaver because it kept me full during breakfast and dinner. I did some research and found out that sitting long hours would wreak havoc on my back and I needed to move more even if painful. You see I work full time sitting in front of a computer all day long like most people these days. I improvised and made a standing desk to stand while working and walked on the treadmill 20-30 minutes a day. Within one day with this change and help of Yor Repair I was already feeling better and on my way recovery. Once recovered I incorporated exercise into my regiment.
Then 3 weeks before the end of my challenge my mother was hospitalized with heart failure. This did put a setback on my eating; however, I still continued to take the shakes and pills and each time, it reminded me of my goals and why I started. Witnessing my mom’s lifestyle, illness, and health, it really opened my eyes that I was making the right decision and continue cleaning up my nutrition to lose the extra weight and live a healthier lifestyle in order to prevent as much illnesses as possible.
During this 8-week journey, I had some setbacks but these setbacks confirm why I am doing this. I started at 174 pounds and am now at 160 pounds. I have lost a total 14 inches. I still have a long way to go until my goal weight and am not stopping. This is only the beginning. I will succeed this time with the help of the Yor Health products because it has made my journey of losing weight and living a healthy lifestyle easier by far. My Yor Health product regimen:
- Upon rising: 1-2 Yor Probiotics
-2 super slim 30 minutes – 1 hour before breakfast, lunch, and dinner
-2 vitamins after breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Breakfast: Vanilla Yor shake with Yor Fiber and Super Green
- Snacks of fruits and nuts in between meals or when I felt hungry
The Yor shake, fiber, and super greens for breakfast was able to help me to decrease and eliminate the need for coffee and coffee cream first thing in the morning. This kept me full and energize.
The super slim pills helped supressed my appetite, portion control, and get through a workout.

The Yor repair helped me to recovery and improve my endurance when exercising.
I did not have the mid-afternoon crash while using the products and following through with regimen.
Exercise routine:
- Walk/jog on the treadmill 30 minutes 2x a day for 5-6 days a week.
