Hi my name is Janice Saechao and I am 23 years old. Growing up I've always been on the heavier side and I thought to myself, "You're not getting any younger. You need to start taking care of your health before it's too late." So then my sister suggested me to join this 8 week challenge. That was when I started consuming the shakes that replaced my unhealthy snacking. I then started hitting the gym and I started to see results. I'm surprised that when I stepped on the scale after Thanksgiving I lost 8 pounds instead of gaining 8 pounds. I'm so happy with the results. I cannot wait to do another challenge.
