Hola, estoy muy contenta con los resultados que he obtenido utilizand los producto de Yor Health. Cuando inicie el reto pesaba 84.400 kilos aprox, y despues de las 8 semanas del reto peso 77.400 kilos. Mi meta era bajar 12 kilos, y aunque solo baje 7 kilos estoy muy orgullosa de haberlo logrado y me siento contenta y entusiasmada. Los productos que utilice fueron: desayunar malteada Yor MRP diariamente junto con dos capsulas de Yor essential Vitamin, a medio dia tomaba Yor SuperGreens, y cuando el dia era demasiado pesado me tomaba un Yor Berry Blast para recuperar la energia. El ejercicio que realizaba era caminar por las mañanas. El consumir los productos Yor y estar en el reto ha sido una excelente experiencia para mi.
