First and foremost I want to thank Yorhealth and its team that made these products available on the market. Last year 2015, I was at my heaviest weight of 170lbs after having 4 kids and not being able to take care of myself for the last couple of years. My weight gain have cause my health to go bad where my hands would go numb just writing, brushing my teeth, or even just holding the steering wheel while driving. I didn’t realize that it was because of my weight that made me unhealthy and poor blood circulation throughout my body. Towards December 2015, my husband and I had some marriage issues along with our health. I realize that my weight was affecting my marriage and my health so I decided that I needed to get back to eating and exercising so that I can live longer to see my kids grow up. Long story short, this has made me see that I need to start loving myself and taking care of my health. Then in May of 2015, I found KaBoa who was my coach and help me get started with YorHealth. I lost about 10lbs the first 2 months and then after that I just kept using the products as direct by my coach KaBoa, I keep losing weight slowly but surely its working on me. Today I’ve lost over 40lbs and am very happy with my weight lost. I went from wearing woman pant size 14 to size 6 now. I've used all the products that Yorhealth have in their product line and it helps me to be cleanse from inside out. I took 1 probiotic and 1 repair in the morning, 2 scoops of protein shakes for breakfast along with two vitamins after, then eat a healthy lunch with 2 digest ultra and two vitamins. I’ll have some snack for late afternoon and for dinner, I would take another 2 scoops of protein shakes with tow digestive ultra and two vitamins. Along with using Yorhealth products, I also try exercise 5 times a week. What really impacts me most is that I learn to incorporate the products and exercise into my daily routine and start to feel healthy and energize. YorHealth products has help improve my strength and my cardiovascular system. Now I am able to run 6 miles daily and feel more confident wearing a dress.
