This 8 week cycle was dedicated to overcoming adversity. My 1st 8 week cycle halfway through it I was in an accident that put me back in physical therapy. My previous accident 3 years ago left me with 30% upper body injuries to my hips spine and muscle tissue. Luckily this time around I had the Repair Ultra, MRP, Super Greens, Berry Blast, and Digest Ultra by my side. I was able to heal 5 times faster than before and get back on track with my exercising!
In the morning I took 2 Repair Ultra then had a delicious 2 scoops of Super Greens with pineapple juice water and spinach. A salad and fruit for lunch with our Digest Ultra. Before a workout for energy I would drink our Berry Blast. For recovery after a workout and dinner I would drink a Chocolate MRP (my personal fave) and take one more repair before bed.

This challenge has encouraged me to keep going no matter what obstacles I may face because challenges and adversity will always come. Important thing is to always remember why you started and keep going. As the saying goes "If it doesn't challenge you it doesn't change you"! With a lot of faith and encouragement from friends we can go far!
