I joined the 8 Week Challenge because i really let myself go during the winter. i want to show people that with a little motivation and determination, this 8 week challenge can really transform your lifestyle.

I went from 21.5% body fat to 14.6 % body fat. I didn't quite hit my goal of dropping 20 pounds just yet but I was able to drop 7 pounds, and i love how vascular and bulkier I've gotten! I've never had visible back muscles before and i feel incredible.

On this 8 week challenge, i used the whole product line, 2 Yor Shakes a day, 2 SuperGreens, and especially YOR Complete burn at least at once a day.

I was consistently in the gym 5 times a week which is very doable for anyone trying to get results on the challenge. Instead of scheduling gym time into your day, i scheduled my whole day around my gym time to really make that commitment to my health. I made sure I was consistent with my products, and I watched my diet as well. My gym buddy also made the world of a difference in motivating me to really fight to finish the whole 8 weeks strong. This challenge really transformed my body, I'm in the best shape of my life, and it was so simple to accomplish. I just took the products, payed attention to what i ate, and hit the gym consistently. Im so much more vascular now, which i love, and my running time has improved drastically.
