Hi, I'm John Xiong and I'm a break dancer. I decided to do the Yor best body challenge because I wanted to better my body and gain more muscle mass.
I started my challenge weighing at 125 lbs and I wanted to get to 135 lbs by the end of the challenge. Unfortunately I didn't hit my goal but I was able to gain 5 lbs which in any case I'm happy because of the progress I had.
The products I use was the yor health shakes, yor fiber plus, and essential vitamins. I also used the yor muscle energy but it wasn't until 1 week before my challenge was almost over. I feel like if I would of used the yor muscle energy I could've had more results. I started working out 3 times a week, but then I saw only little progress so I switched it up to 4 times a week.
Overall I love using the yor health products. They're amazing products and I would recommend anyone who is trying to slim down or build more muscle mass to try them out.
