Estoy muy contenta porque llegue a mi meta de bajar otros 8 kilos y la supere bajando 8.2 kilos

Tome en ayunas el supergreens, me iba a caminar media hora y regresando desayunaba mi malteada de chocolate o vainilla según se me antojara el sabor con fibra. En mi comida y cena tomo mis enzimas así como mis vitaminas. El berry podía variar de tomármelo 1 o 2 Veces en el día.
*extra estoy súper contenta con una mezcla de aceites que estuve utilizando para mi cara, me siento muy agusto con ella al punto en que creo que me veo mejor solo poniendomela que maquillándome. La gente me ha preguntado que si que me he hecho en mi cutis.
