Bonjour à tous, je m'appelle Stéphanie, j'ai 34 ans et suis maman de 3 jeunes enfants. J'ai décidé de participer à ce challenge pour acquérir plus de masse musculaire et avoir une meilleure posture. Je pratique du sport 2 à 3x/semaine: renforcement musculaire, pole dance et yoga, selon mes possibilités. J'utilise déjà les produits Yor Health depuis janvier 2016 et je les adore et c'est pour ca que je suis confiante et motivée pour ce challenge.
