Termino mi tercer reto de 8 semanas, y me siento contenta de haber mantenido mi peso. Era difícil para mí mantenerme, pues baja de más o subía de peso. Por lo que mantener mi peso fue un gran logro para mí.
Mi malteada me acompañó cada día después de mi ejercicio en el gimnasio. Las enzimas digestivas en cada comida, y estuve tomando 6 vitaminas en el día.
Me motiva estar en el reto, pues me inspira ver a varios amigos trabajando duro y teniendo muy buenos resultados.
Tuve más energía y rendimiento en mis entrenamientos y mi profesor me invito a prepararme para una competencia de Wu shu, arte marcial chino, estoy segura que con el siguiente reto me ayudara a esta preparación para después poder competir.
