Two years ago I gained 60lbs from my pregnancy. I was a size 5 and blew up to a size 12/14. I ate whatever I wanted, pregnancy was my excuse to eat. Two years of being off and on diet I gave up. I went back to eating fast food and drinking alcohol I tried every diet plan, pills and it didn't work.

In Aug 2016, I started having abdominal pain and abnormal bowel movement, I knew something was wrong. Everytime I ate fried food or drank alcohol, I felt nausea and pain from the stomach acid. When the results from my ultra sound came back, I found out that I had fatty liver and gall stones. My doctor told me I'm overweight and I needed to change my diet as soon as possible. The week before my gall bladder surgery I stuffed my face with french fries, chocolate, cheeseburger, anything and everything I wanted to eat. The thought of never being able to eat the way I use to saddens me.

I had my Gall bladder surgery Oct 24, 2016.
Recovery was painful the first 5 days, all I ate was jello and soup 3lbs. After the 5th day, I went back to eating rice and pho. The only thing changed is my bowel movement, anytime I ate fattening or certain food I had diarrhea. I was hoping to lose10lbs from the surgery, but that didn't happen LOL.

I decide to take my health seriously. My kids want me to eat health, they want me to live long and healthy. I'm doing it for myself and my family. I have to change my mind set and make the change. Today, I started my weight loss journey.
