Before I started using YorHealth products I was at 235.6 lbs. I've been a big girl all my life. Like most people, losing weight was always a goal but never really stuck to it or didn't see the any results so I always end up quitting. At the beginning of 2016 to the summer of 2016 I was able to lose some weight but no more than 5 lbs. In October 2016 I was contacted by a friend on Facebook and he told me all about YorHealth products. We set up a time to talk and we talked about my goals and what I want to achieve. I started off with the Best Body package. I was a little worried about spending a lot of money on something that I wasn't even sure if it was going to work or not but I took a chance. When I got the products I was told to use it everyday. I would take 1 probiotic and 1 repair in the morning and drink a shake for breakfast and then my vitamins after. Salad for lunch with no or little dressing and 1 ultra digestive and vitamins after. And another Shake for dinner then my vitamins. Before bed, I would take 1 probiotic and 1 repair. After my 3 day of using the products I would add in the super slim 30-60 min before breakfast, lunch and dinner. After using the products for a week I was able to lose 10 lbs. I would also workout 3-4 times a week for 30 mins. After using the products for 8 weeks, I was able to drop 19.2 lbs. I am now 216.4 lbs and I can definitely see my body changing. After I started using the products I have a lot more energy through out the day. I don't feel constipated or bloated anymore and I feel good and confident. I would definitely continue to use YorHealth products.
