My weight at the beginning of the 8 week challenge was 130.4kgs and now my weight is 119.8 kgs, still a long way from my goal weight but feeling great for losing the amount I have.

I achieved my results by following the Go Green Intermittent Fasting Cleanse, this cleanse is so simple & very easy to stay on and loss weight with, I’ve tried other diets before and nothing is a easy as the Go Green Cleanse.

My daily routine is I wake up and I have a green shake which has in it, Super Greens, Berry Blast, Lemon oil, Pink Graph Fruit Oil, Fibre. Then I would have a balanced healthy lunch with 1 Digest Ultras, a balanced healthy dinner with 1 Digest Ultras and then just before bed I would have 1 probiotic tablets.
I have a pretty active lifestyle and a busy work life so I actually probably only worked out 3 times.
