Since I started the 8 week challenge, personally I felt that this is something I would want to accomplish. I did not have alot of confidence in my body before. So when I had participate in the challenge, this is something that I would need for me to get into my best body shape, also for me to feel more comfortable in my body.
I was always a petite person, so I was able to hide what I can hide. When I say I wanted to get toned, people still looked at me crazy. Either way I just wanted to tell myself that I can do it and be able to accomplish to where I want to get my body.
I always knew the products work. Since I wanted to get a leaner body, the products had helped me balance my body with the food that I eat. What I did was I took the whole product line. I would take my products consistently to keep myself on the regimen. I would also feel a difference with out taking them as well. thats also because I have a weak immune systerm. Im always consistent with the Yor Vitamins and Yor Supergreens.
I exercise min 3x a week. since I am a zumba instructor it helps me balances it out with working out doing cardio, I enjoy every bit of it. Now working out isnt just a job for me, its something i look forward doing because now its fun for me.
During the challenge, in the beginning I got consistent, then lost track for a bit a few weeks. once I realized, i got myself back on track again and its not that hard. Especially if I have friends doing it with me. I would do it again, and get my body leaner than what it already is. Im loving my body more than ever! =)
