Continuamos con el reto y excelentes resultados, ademas de una alimentacion ajena a la comida chatarra y cuidando las cantidades de mi comida, mi regimen de productos Yor Health es:

Es importante señalar que a partir de mi reto anterior y en continuación con este, dejé de comer a un 90% refresos, pan, galletas, dulces y todos sus derivados y similares
