¡Hola a todos! me siento muy contenta de concluir este reto porque estas 8 semanas mi enfoqué es tomar los productos a los horarios correctos, hacer ejercicio y tomar suficiente agua y cuidar mi alimentación. Los productos que tomé son probióticos y reparador en ayunas, una porción Yor Shake con Súper Greens antes de salir a correr y otra con fibra al regresar. Una cápsula de digest a la hora de la comida y dos vitaminas. El Berry Blast lo tomo cada vez que me siento baja de energía. Me gusta correr todas las mañanas, experimento libertad y dominio de mi cuerpo. Este año 2016 corrí 1000 millas, he disfrutado cada carrera, tengo energía, vitalidad y me siento viva.
