After struggling maintaining a routine around my Heath and wellness I decided it was time to give the Go Green cleanse a shot incorporating intermittent fasting into my lifestyle, which I must admit scared the hell out of me at first, until I had it all explained : )
Through this & using the YOR Heath range I have now finally gotten back to a happy place with my body and wellness.
I have more energy, less sugar cravings, an easier meal regime that is perfect for when I'm busy and when I'm not, no longer do I have to meal prep and plan my foods in advance, and not only do I feel better inside but I'm able to maintain my weight with a few sneaky treats : )
Each morning I start my day with day with a super blast shake consisting of YOR super greens and fiber with a drop of Bare Lemon oil.
Pre exercise I will have a berry blast mixed with water ( only training max 4 days a week )
During my fasting periods I have the Greatful protein in the morning before a balanced lunch. And the ultra digest & vitamins with my main meals, to keep that horrid bloating away and absorb all the good stuff : )
I then use the probiotic & ultra repair of an evening before bed.
Overall I feel 110% better making this small lifestyle change, thank you YOR Heath, live bare and bare oils : )
