Making a healthy lifestyle change can be difficult. My name is Yeng Xiong, I am 35 years old. Since having my daughter eighteen years ago, it has been difficult for me to shed off the 25 lbs. For the past few years, I have tried using weight loss products from Thailand, exercising, and eating healthy here and there; but I still did not lose any weight or slim down. Thanks to Facebook, I was able to be introduced to Yorhealth last year of October by my sister.
I have seen many testimonials a few month back before I officially joined. I was afraid that it would not work on me, but after seeing many more testimonials, I was tempted. I had to try for myself to believe it. So in October, I made the decision to join Yorhealth because as a woman, I want to feel beautiful and confident in myself. Although, people say beauty is not everything, to me, beauty and confident can make someone become powerful. I feel that, people often respect you more, they look up to you, and you don’t often hear discriminating words such as, “fatty,” “did you gain some weight?” or “don’t eat too much.” Instead, I want to hear good compliments about my body. During my eight week challenge, it was pretty difficult.
The most difficult is sacrificing all the good fatty food for Yor shakes and healthy food. Because during the weekend, my family and I usually get together to cook or go eat out. But because I have invested so much in Yorhealth already, I wanted to get the best out of it. I was able to control my eating habits, packed a healthy lunch to work, and gotten used to drinking the shakes. I don’t usually go to the gym by myself, but because of the decision that I have made to joined Yorhealth, I was able to make myself go to the gym almost everyday. If I did not go to the gym, I would do some workout videos. This is my daily routine of taking the products: when I wake up, I take two repair and one probiotic; two super slim 30 minutes before breakfast; breakfast: two scoops of shakes with one scoop of fiber and super green; another two super slim 30 minutes before lunch; lunch: a light meal, follow by two digestive and two vitamin; two more super slim 30 minutes before dinner; dinner: a light meal follow by two digestive and two vitamin; and then at bedtime, I take two repair and one probiotic. As my eight week challenge has ended, I feel great!
I feel good about myself because my confidence has built up. I was getting a lot of good compliments from families. I went from 136 pounds to 130 pounds. Although, I did not lose much weights, I dropped from a pants size 8 to a pants size 4. I could not be happier and proud of myself because I don’t recall the last time being a size 4. Yorhealth has become a part of my life that I may not be able to live without. Eight weeks may be over, but this is just the beginning of my journey. I will continue to use Yorhealth products until I reach my goal and continue to use it to stay healthy.

Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.
Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
