Hi, my name is Mila or See and I’m 36 years old, married with one child who is 6 years old now. I’ve gained 20 pounds in the last 2 years and at the heavies. I’ve tried everything from diet pills to diet tea. I was actually looking into coolscuplting before I started with YOR Health. This is my routine:
Upon Rising I take 1 probiotic and 1 repair. I take 2 super slim 30 mins before I eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. For breakfast I have a shake with supergreen and fiber and take 1 digestive and 2 vitamins. For lunch, I would have a chicken breast salad or salmon with vegetables and 2 digestive and 2 vitamins. For dinner I would have a shake with 1 digestive and 2 vitamins.
After the first week with YOR Health, I noticed that I have more energy, not feeling bloated and the rolls on my back started to look smaller. I try to exercise at least 3 or 4 times a week. I didn’t lose as much weigh as I wanted to, but that’s ok because I lost inches around my waist. I’m going to keep working hard even after my 8 weeks is done. This challenge has helped me get back on the right track with eating and exercising.
