This journey has been incredible, the program suits my lifestyle perfectly as with work I'm on the road all day and it's often hard to find healthy meal options and also becomes very expensive.
The products I use are as followed;
First thing in the morning - great greens, yor berry blast, yor fibre plus
Breakfast - great protein organic protein mix
Lunch - great protein organic protein mix
Dinner - whatever dinner is with you digest ultra
When I go to bed I take yor probiotics ultra and yor fibre ultra
If I did have solid meals during the day I always take a yor digest ultra
The convenience of the program is what worked best to me, all I needed to take with me for the day is the great protein organic mix and water and I knew I was sorted for the day.
I've noticed my hunger cravings are suppressed, wanting to nibble during the day has stopped and so far I have lost 11kg which is the best part of this journey.
I would like to thank my consultant Sean McKay (you know who you are ??) for all of his continual support throughout this process, he has always been there to help me with any queries and questions weather it be how do I do this?? If I had problems with navigating the website or just general chit chat. He has been truly amazing!
