Hi everyone!
I am a busy mother of a 2yr old at the age of 31. With little to no time for myself I've became comfortable in my "over weight" skin. I started to dress in bigger clothes thinking it'll cover all the blemishes and will help block my rolls and muffin top. Boy was I wrong on so many levels and I was for sure in denial. I was always tired, had no energy to keep up with my child, felt very sluggish and most of the time we would order out cause I didn't feel like cooking especially after work. After a year and a half from giving birth I finaly decided that it was time to take charge of my weight, which was easier said then done. I've gone through a couple of trail and errors with other products. After the disappointments I almost gave up until i got introduced to Yor Health! Not only did the products help me physically but internally as well. Before Yor healh, I was only worried about my physical looks and never did it dawn on me to take care of myself internally. Because of Yor health I now understand how important it is to take care of yourself physically and internally. After 8 weeks on being on the products I can honestly say I have my youth back! I now have triple the energy, no more feeling bloated and now I have my full confidence back!
I take my shakes for breakfast and for those days that I need an extra boost I would add berry blast into my breakfast shake. For lunch and dinner, I portioned out my meals taking super slim prior to eating and digest ultra to follow after each meal. As for snacks, I mainly aimed for steamed veggies, yogurt and string cheese. For working out it was mainly getting as many steps in a possible and maybe once a week i will do some crunches and sit ups.
