My name is Ellen Palmer. I am a school teacher in Southern California. This challenge for me was all about maintaining good health habits through the holiday seasons (Thanksgiving & Christmas). I will tell you, it was not easy.
In my teaching position I am not assigned to a single site. I move around to each of the middle and high schools, supporting teachers that want to integrate technology into student learning. I have been in my current teaching position for eleven years now, so I know what the holiday season brings to schools. As soon as you check in to the site you are being grabbed by someone such as an office manager, a principal or a clerk, even teachers to head over to the staff lounge or a classroom to indulge: holiday pies, cookies, breakfast burritos; you name it they got it! I also know if you say no you might offend somebody.
In the past I would indulge at each site, each day and easily pack on ten to fifteen pounds between Thanksgiving and New Years Eve. Super excited to say, NOT This Time! I will confess, I did indulge in some tasty eating this holiday season, just not as much or as frequently as I had in past years.
The thing I struggled with over the last eight weeks was getting out in the gym. At the start of this challenge I anticipated I would up my workouts from three times per week to four. However, with each of our schedules getting increasingly busy, as the end of the year does, workouts were not as consistent as I would have liked them to be. I usually averaged two workouts per week, which was less then my pervious challenge.
Based on my results I had this challenge, I know now more than ever that nutrition is where it is at. Through this challenge I consistently replaced two meals per day with the chocolate MRP. I continued to take the fiber, supergreens and probiotics to support my digestive and immune systems. In addition, when I was indulging on holiday goodies I made sure to take the YOR Digest Ultra!
In the end after the eight weeks I maintained my strength by continuing to lift the same poundage I did during my last challenge and I was able to end this challenge at 151lbs, 1 pound below where I started.

When replacing 2 out of 5 mini-meals per day with a meal replacement shake, the average person should expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. As with any reduced-calorie diet, the amount of weight you'll lose will depend on the number of calories you consume in proportion to your weight. Optimal results are achieved when following the product regimen in combination with a healthy diet and exercise program.
Individual results may vary. Factors that may affect your results include (but are not limited to) your metabolism, exercise routine, diet, smoking, pregnancy, current medications and any medical conditions. As with any health or fitness program, regular exercise and a sensible eating plan are essential to achieve long-term weight loss results. No customer was paid for a testimonial.
