My name is Allen and I am 32. I took on the Challenge because I want to enjoy the festive holiday season, and get health at the same time.
I was 63kg when I started the Challenge and finished the Challenge at 65.6kg. I reduced my body fat and increased muscle mass.
With the Go Green and Live Bare movement, I incorporated them into my lifestyle which helps me detox and gives me much more energy to go throughout the day.

I exercise 2 - 3 sessions a week for around 60 minutes each session.
