Hola! mi nomnbre es David, tengo 34 años y soy de la Cd. de México.

A pesar de que desde pequeño he tratado de hacer ejercicio y estar saludable, siempre he tenido problemas con mi peso; pero hoy con toda seguridad, puedo decir que me siento por primera vez que voy por el camino correcto hacia la forma que quiero lograr!

Al enterarme del reto de 8 semanas y ver los increíbles resultados de otras personas, quise probarlo por mí mismo y demostrarme que soy capaz de romper mis propios límites y barreras.
