Hi my name is Aaron, I first heard about YorHealth from a mate who had signed up previously and conned me into doing it ;). Glad he did because the attitude YorHealth gave him inspired me to get back on track with my life, not just my health. Since starting the challenge with Joel Warren we have been accountable to each other each and every day with our health régeim and our goals and ambitions. I have happily not had a cigarette for 9 days now have been consistently seeing a personal trainer 4 times a week and getting my finances and other life obligations in check. Joel kept telling me that it wasn't a "Diet" it was a "lifestyle" at which I often rolled my eyes too. But YorHealth sparked his ambitions and goal orientated side which he then shared with me. And to me I believe that Is a lifestyle.
