Este reto fue muy desafiante ya que mis resultados anteriores habian sido muy buenos.
Antes de comenzar el reto, comence con un regimen de alimentacion diferente para ganar volumen el cual solo me incremento mi porcentaje de grasa debido a mi falta de incluir alimentos ricos en proteina.
Cuando volvi a mi regimen de suplementacion y alimentacion del yor best body volvi a sentirme totalmente energetizado, en un par de semanas mi desempeño volvio a ser el de antes.
Tomaba una capsula de probioticos y dos de repair en ayunas, despues un yor shake con super greens y fiber plus.
Cada comida la acompañaba con una capsula de yor digest ultra.
Antes de entrenar un vaso de 350 ml de muscle energy para continuar con otro yor shake despues de entrenar.
Durante el dia procuraba tomar alguno de los siguientes: yor berry blast, complete burn o yor shape, para ayudarme con mis niveles de energia.
Estoy muy contento de estar iniciando el año con esta figura habiendo ganado musculo y estar tambien a 2% de lo que ha sido mi menor nivel de grasa.
