Hello! My name is Elizabeth Ramirez. I practice and compete in Crossfit competitions. It's my second challenge and I hope to win it. It is sometimes difficult to maintain a strict diet when there is such demanding training. But thanks to the products of Yor I have been able to maintain my performance to the maximum, as well as thanks to the oils my meals are richer and without having to add extra calories.
I usually train 4 hours a day 6 times a week and the products have been my great allies in order to give my best.
My regime in the consumption of the products was:
In fasting I would drink a glass of water with a drop of lemon oil, accompanied by 2 repair and 1 ultra digest.
At the end of my training my consumption was 2 shots of MRP mixed with 1 shot of YorSúperGreens
Before the meal I took 1 ultra digest and last before sleeping 2 repair
