Es una maravilla, me siento genial, el día de hoy tengo 2 kilos menos, lo que más note cambios fue en mis tallas, ahora me puedo poner pantalones que antes no me ponía y eso para una mujer es lo mejor que puede pasar.
Los productos que yo utilice fueron los del paquete balance, la malteada la usaba para cenar junto con una cucharada de fibra la cual sabia riquísima y me ayudaba a levantarme ligera, mis colaciones eran el supergreens y para mis comidas utilizaba las enzimas digestivas que me ayudaron muchísimo con mi metabolismo y a sentirme mejor, hacia ejercicios 1 hora diaria intensa para fortalecer musculo y quemar grasa.
