Inicie con un peso de 74 kilogramos y a lo largo de estas 8 semanas baje mi porcentaje de grasa y subi 1 kilogramo de musculo.
El paquete que yo utilice fue el balance y agregue una bebida llamada muscle energy.
Por la mañana al despertar me tomaba un batido de yorshake mezclado con fibra y me iba a mis entrenamientos, al terminar tomaba mi bebida muscle energy la cual me ayudaba a recuperarme, mas tarde desayunaba y entre comidas tomaba mis supergreens, durante la comida tomaba mis capsular de enzimas digestivas, después una fruta y por la noche cenaba ligero, un sandwich de pollo con verduras por ejemplo.
Mi rutina de ejercicio diaria (lunes a viernes) era de 1 hora y media.
