Hey guys so since my time during yorhealth the products have helped me drop a massive 26kgs, my heaviest being 99kgs and the amount of times I dropped out because I was too embarrassed to do a 8 week challenge now that I have finally entered I can't wait to drop more weight and reach my potential goal, I have just started adding exercise and am on the GGIF which has helped me stick.to a simple plan,be consistent with the products and drop 15kgs. Very excited to be apart of this can't wait for end results :).
