Hi, my name is Shane Chapman, I'm 34 years old and I'm from Melbourne, Australia. I started my 8 Week Yor Best Body Challenge weighing 84.7kg (187lbs) and I'm very happy to say that I finished the challenge weighing just 77.2kg (170lbs) for a total weight loss of 7.5kg (17lbs) or 8.9%.
At the beginning of this challenge I set myself some goals. Firstly I wanted to lose my excess weight and reach my ideal weight of 78kg. Secondly, I wanted to compete in my first ever triathlon, something I've wanted to do for the past 20 years but had always found an excuse not to do. And thirdly, I wanted to feel better about myself and start living a happy and healthier life.
I'm extremely proud to have been able to achieve all three of my goals with the help of the Yor Health products and the inspiration and support of the Yor Health Best Body Challenge. I am now under 78kg and have the confidence and commitment to maintain my current weight. Last weekend I completed my first ever triathlon and have already signed up for another one. I am feeling the best I have for years and now have the energy to exercise everyday and live a happier and healthier life.
The Yor Health products helped me on my journey to a healthier lifestyle. They kept my eating habits and nutrition to a much higher standard than I have ever had before. The Yor Health products also kept my body in great condition to be able to exercise and train and help my recovery to be able to stay active everyday.
In the mornings I would make my breakfast shake using the Yor Shake Vanilla, Yor Super Greens, Yor Fiber Plus and Yor Berry Blast, sometimes mixing in some fresh mixed berries or mango. I found this to be a delicious and healthy way to start my days and it gave me the energy I needed throughout the day.
Before lunch and dinner I would take Yor Essential Vitamins, Yor Digest Ultra and Yor Super Slim. This helped me digest my food a lot better and kept me healthy and prevented me from getting sick.
After a hard workout or training session I would combine the Yor Amino Hydrate and Yor Shake Vanilla into a shake and take Yor Repair Ultra. This helped increase my recovery time so that I could train again a lot sooner than I use to be able to train again. I could train more often and get a lot more out of my training sessions.
Before bed each night I would take Yor Probiotics Ultra and Yor Repair Ultra. This improved my gut health and also helped me get a better nights sleep.
Overall I am extremely happy with my results. I reached my goal weight and also reduced my body fat percentage from 26% down to 15%. I was able to complete my first ever triathlon and am excited to be competing in another one very soon. I have been able to inspire friends and family to live a happier and healthier lifestyle and hope to continue to inspire others to take action to start living a better lifestyle and start feeling better about themselves like I have.
