Hi Yor health Peeps,

My name is Joanna Harris and I am 51 years old. I have been obese for 17+years and never did anything about it as I thought how I looked I was healthy until this one person told me I was obese and needed a nutrition and a gym that would help me. He was so blunt and mean to me which ripped me to bits and he handed me a pamphlet about obesity and GI. He ask me to jump on the scales and said have a good day. No hi my name is blah blah take a seat just straight out and hard. I was hurt and embarrassed but he was telling me the truth. This woke me up and I had to do something about it and I did! Got introduced to yor health products and I started my journey to kicking obesity in the butt. I am on my second yor health 8 week challenge and I am also in the 100lb challenge club. Both challenge I am working hard towards my final weight with my home exercises I do everyday and eating healthy a long the way with the products and the GGIF program. It has helped me big time and I finally see my weight shredding for the first time in such a long time. I feel light on my feet and no more thunder thigh rubbing which was painful. I am buzzing as I can finally look for clothing in the medium to small racking as thats been my dream haha yay! Its changed me inside and out and I am now in the process in completing my PT coarse to help those struggling. Thanks to my son Sheah Kahika for luving me to care enough that he saved my life and to see myself as being beautiful.
