Hola mi nombre es Mayra, cuando in inicie el Reto pesaba 52 kilos aprox,el dia de hoy al terminar el reto peso 48 kilos y baje 6 cms de cintura, los productos que utilize fueron: Supergreens, Berry Blast, Yor Digest, Y Yor Shake.
Mi rutina de ejercicio era de Lunes A Viernes 1 hora y media aprox y antes de comenzar tomaba Berry Blast con Supergreens, terminando de entrenar 1 Yor Shake, durante la comida y cena 1 Yor Digest y 1 Supergreens a las 6 pm.
El impacto mas fuerte yo creo que fue volver a hacer ejercicio despues de 10 años aprox, Sobretodo tener la voluntad en esas 8 semanas, de ser disciplinada aun cuando tenia flojera o que fueron fechas de Diciembre en las cuales tambien me limitaba en el alimento y lo mas importante Tomar Conciencia de todo el daño que me hacia al comer cosas que tanto me afectaban en la salud.
