mi nombre es Ricardo Ramírez Hernández soy estudiante de Economía en la UNAM, como estudiante es muy difícil cuidar lo que comes, ya que los trabajos, tareas, investigaciones,etc, no te permiten tener una buena alimentación, por ello mi cuerpo no tenia los nutrientes que necesitaba...
Decidí unirme al reto porque no me sentía bien fisicamente, sentía que debía hacer algo por mi salud.
