Me inscribí a este reto a principios del mes de Diciembre para poder moderarme en cierta forma con las fiestas de fin de año y no bajar el rendimiento en mis entrenamientos. Lo padre es que antes de Navidad pude realizar un Triatlón, el primero en mi vida, un gran logro para mi y mi estilo de vida antes de conocer YorHealth. Las últimas dos semanas no hice nada de ejercicio y solo traté de cuidar un poco mi alimentación. Empezando el año resegré a los entremientos y he ido recuperando poco a poco mi condición física, complementandolo con YORMUSCLE en cada uno de mis entranamientos antes y durante y REPAIR antes de dormir, mi malteada YORSHAKE en el desayuno junto con SUPERGREENS. Antes de las comidas tomaba 2 SHAPE y una DIGEST. Al final de mi reto, con un mes de entramientos me siento más fuerte aunque en peso no bajé mucho pero estoy muy contento por que pude librar las fiestas de fin de año sin subir mucho de peso y he notado mayor masa muscular. Estoy listo para en mi siguiente reto y ahora si bajar y tonificar mucho más!!
