Hi everyone,
My name is Elissa Sok and I will be turning 40 years old this year. I am a mother of 5 awesome kids and a full-time Accounting Specialist. I work about eight hours every day and on my free time I like to cook food for my kids. My passion for cooking have led me to establish a successful cooking channel on YouTube, “Cooking with Elissa”. I have over 13,000 subscribers, and I am passionate about cooking. However, I always struggled to lose weight. I didn’t lose the weight after my pregnancies, instead I gained more. Due to my passion for cooking food and bad eating habits and working in an office environment, it was hard to exercise and stay active. I’ve tried other alternatives taking diet pills, drinking slim tea, and seeing a weight doctor. I would lose the weight for a short period but later gained it all back and plus more. After a while, I lose the motivation and give up on everything. I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes with my last pregnancy and my baby girl was at risk. She was delivered a week early due to my high sugar level. It was then, I realize I must take control of my health and decided to take action by seeking help from my health trainer and joining the 8 weeks’ challenge.
The 8 week challenge has been great for me. I am still able to cook the foods I love but with the product line, I was able to lose 13 pounds in 8 weeks. This is a huge accomplishment for me because this was done during the holidays! I would have a lot of family over and family trips. I was able to enjoy myself but lose weight because of the shakes, digest, probiotics and the entire product line.
