Hola a toda lacomunidad yorhealth soy jesus ivan pellegrin me siento facinado y encantado por los productos de yorhealth ya que estos me ayudaron muchisimo dia a dia ya que trabajar por una jornada larga. Sin aser ejercicios y lograr cambios sorprendentes en mi y en mi salud digestiva. Sobre los productos les comento me he sentido super bien y satisfecho ya que no hice ningun tipo de dieta. Tomo por las mañanas en ayunas un vaso con agua con una gota de aceite de limon bare oils alas 7 am mi supergrens con alguna comida ligera alas 10:30 am mi desayuno mas mi digest ultra alas 2 pm mi comida ligera mas mi digest ultra y alas 6 pm o 7 pm de sena mi malteada yor shake con 3 medidas y una fruta y antes de dormir 2 repair para descanzar bien. Y estoy muy satisfecho porque aparte del peso que logre perder a pesar de no acer ejercicio y de no hacer una dieta me siento feliz gracias yorhealth
