My name is Tina. I am 30 years old, married with 4 kids, and work as an RN. In all my life; I have never really thought about exercising or about my own health. I was just always too busy to think about others instead of myself. It wasn't until I was diagnosed with leukemia at the age of 21 in 2008 that I started to look at myself; pay more attention to my own health and weight. Over the years as a busy mom, wife, and student and part-time CNA along with having my first 2 babies; I had gained over 30 lbs. After I completed my cancer treatment, I started working out, hitting the gym, and watching what I eat. Just like many others; I struggle through the yo-yo diet and routine as I would be very motivated one season and the next I would gained the weight back. I had always been skeptical about diet pills and products as well. When I was first introduced to Yor Health; I hesitated on trying because of so many horror stories of diet products that doesn't work. And with my history of health; I was more cautious as to what product I should put in my body as well. After 6 years of trying everything natural; I decided to give Yor health a chance; mostly because of all the successful stories. I purchased the family package and was excited to start. My first week, I loss 3 lbs from being 121. Then the weight stayed the same throughout the remaining weeks until my week 7; I loss another 2 lbs making it a total of 5 lbs. As I weigh myself this morning, as my final day, I went back to 118 lbs. I was a bit disappointed that I didn't lose a massive amount of weight like many others; but what intrigued me was that I loss about 3.5 inches off my waist! WOW!! How was that even possible? With the fact that I barely worked out too? I drank 2 scoops of super greens, 2 scoops of vanilla shakes, and 2 scoops of fiber with a drop of peppermint/lemon oil morning and evening with berry blast in between at least once a day. I also take probiotics and repair capsules right away in the morning and right before bedtime daily. I used the super slim capsules 30 minutes before my next meal; and eating my meals with 2 vitamin tablets. Being consistent was the hardest challenge, because I was definitely not consistent. There are days where I get so busy at work that I forgot to shakes or vitamins when I eat. I worked out or hit the gym when I can; but overall was not exercising as I had wanted to. My favorite Yor health product would be the Ultra Digest capsules. When I feel like eating solid food; I know that ultra digest has my back. The pounds I loss may not be massive and I wasn't able to lose more to reach my wt goal; but to feel slimmer and feel good about myself in just 8 WEEKS is the best feeling I've gotten from using the products. If I would to go natural with eating riht and exercising; I would have only accomplished this 6 months later. So I am definitely going for another 8 weeks. Thank you to my sponsor and the products.
