How did I get this fat? Every morning I’ll wake up and the first thing I do is look in the mirror. I was never this conscious about my body. I never had to. Throughout high school I was athletic and I never worried about the things I ate or did to my body. I burned everything off through sports. All the weight starting packing on when I went to college. All the extra food I took in. The new social life I was experiencing and the lack of involvement in sports did a good number in my weight. I tried many different programs and nothing worked. I was at a point in my life that I didn’t even want to care about my health anymore. After two pregnancies, one of them being with twins, I felt like my body was destroyed. I went from 120 to 215 in less than three years. I went through three major abdominal surgeries and I never thought my stomach would ever be small again. I never thought my abdominal muscles could strengthen ever again. Cat, my coach from Yor Health reached out to me about a year ago. I kept pushing it off thinking it was something I can never afford. Cat was there for me. She has such a big heart. She came all the way here to MN 9 weeks ago to push me through. I got my products and started my journey. Every day was an improvement. Even on days I didn’t see the weight drop or the waist slimming, Cat motivated me. My products motivated me. Starting this challenge I was able to slim down a whole lot. Drop 10+ pounds and even gain some muscles in my abdominal area. I can also see my toes. I have more energy and I definitely wouldn’t do it any differently. Thank you Yor Health.
