Mi nombre es Brenda Rangel antes de conocer Yor entrenaba pero mi rendimiento era bajo y realmente no observaba cambios en mi cuerpo, durante el reto me esforcé por comer más balanceado pero definitivamente el uso de la suplementacion de Yor me ha ayudado con mayor rendimiento y mis cambios son muy notorios.

Uso toda la línea yor me tomo en ayunas dos repair y 1 probiotico junto con un té de jengibre, toronja, naranja y limón.
Antes de mis alimentos tomo dos cápsulas de shape y durante mi comida 1 digest.
sustituyó el desayuno o la cena por una malteada (yorMRP) y mi súper greens entre la comida y cena.

Entreno 5 días a la semana me esforzaré por mantenerme en mi peso y por supuesto tener más músculo me encanta como luce mi cuerpo pero lo más importante es que me siento con mucha vitalidad.
