Hola mi nombre es Luis Najera tengo 28 años y soy de Durango México, decidí unirme al reto de 8 semanas por qué quiero mejorar mi salud y mi calidad de vida ya que viene una nueva integrante a nuestra familia la cual se a vuelto mi motor y mi inspiración para hacer este reto.
