Hacer este reto y poder terminarlo ha sido un avance para mi, fue hacer un cambio en mi vida, en mis hábitos y fue dar un paso a una vida mas saludable.
Con el reto fue retomar el cuidado de mi cuerpo. No fue fácil, sentía una adicción a carbohidratos que no me dejaba y quería comer dulces y postres todo el día.
Me apoye con great protein despues del ejercicio y con shake como snack, berry blast para tener mas energía y digest en la comida. Utilice aceite esencial de limón por la manana, junto con ayunos intermitentes para desintoxicar mi cuerpo.
De ejercicio estuve haciendo poco, algunos días salia a patinar y otros hacia en mi casa una serie de ejercicios aerobicos.
Hoy me siento con mas energía, mejor actitud, me gustan los cambios que tuve y se que puedo lograr aun mejores. Voy por mi siguiente reto con la meta clara.
