Hello there,

I decided to take this challenge to once and for all get to my desired weight and shape.

Like most people I gained about 20 lbs during the holiday season and right before the year ended I got on the scale and could not believe it.
I had broken my own promise to never let myself go to the point I was at. What scares me is that if I don't change now I will continue gaining weight and being unhealthy.

My goal is to drop the 20lbs from the holidays and some. I want to be able to feel good when I look at myself and know that I'm achieving my goal with a transformation journey that will also get me healthier along the way.
