Ha sido algo complicado para mí ser constante últimamente, he estado más enfocada en mi trabajo y compromisos por lo cual no me dio mucho tiempo de ir al gimnasio.

Sin embargo lo poco que logre, fue consumiendo por las mañanas YOR Shake, y en mis 3 comidas enzimas digestivas. A media mañana té verde con 3 gotitas de aceite de limón y 3 de aceite de toronja. Al despertar y antes de dormir una gota sublingual de la mezcla metabólica (toronja, limón, jengibre, menta).

En cuanto a la alimentación, aumente mi ingesta de carbohidratos, lo cual me hizo ganar un poco de volumen y peso.

En mi próximo reto me decidí a iniciar el régimen de ayuno intermitente, estoy segura que los resultados serán aún más impresionantes.
