Let me start off by saying thank you yor health and 8 week challenge. A friend of mine told me about the challenge and right away I knew I wanted to join. My clothes were to tight because I gained weight and I just wasn't as confident as I used to be. Standing short at a whole 5 foot and 1 inch I was at 170lbs all most as round as tall. I had stomach problems and usually would only have a movement every four days. Once I start taking the products I would use the rest room almost every day. My stomach wouldn't hurt all the time and just going was so much easier. Well at the end of the 8 weeks I'm down 12 pounds and have lost a total of 6 1/2 inches. My clothes that were to tight are now to big and I stand with my head alittle taller.
