I´m so excited about this 8 weeks challenge, I know my change is not the big one but let me tell you that I did it because it is very important for me to be healthy and feel good (obviously your appearance counts as well ). Honestly, at the beginning I was a little bit incredulous about the process but taking all my YOR products plus exercise (4-5 times/week) I felt with a really good energy and this made my way easier.

I´ve tried a lot of products without any success but with YOR was totally different, I could not believe it (Once you try it, you will never stop it).

My diet was based on:
1 drop of lemon bare oil + glass of water
1 SuperGreens + Fiber Plus (as a snack)
1 Digest Ultra + main meal
1 Shake
1 Muscle Energy( with exercise)

I just want to say THANK YOU YOR HEALTH, my life changed a lot, now I feel different with a positive attitude and very very happy for participate in this challenge. This is my first one and remember me because I will do it again hahaha =)

Tip: I used a mixture of bare oils (Tea tree + Lavander + Frankincense + Clove + coconut oil) as a mask before bed and the results were excelente, my skin is healthier and looks excellent.
